Another occasional conversation through Dneero. Regarding Customer Service in general. What I think about a good customer service and what a good customer service should be. Once I had to handle customers’ complaints while working. I thought I would make a bad customer service representative. Not because I do a suck job, but because I care too much for the customers that I had no peace till matters were resolved. So bad for me.
