I have not been able to go online on a regular basis than I used to. The internet service provider sucks. At the moment, using somebody’s unsecured line. shhh…. Can’t blame us really. We really want our line to be fixed but they are delaying it.

We called the phone and internet provider a few days before we move out. Made and order for a phone line and an internet connection to be set up. The officer said, it’d take 2 weeks to 1 month. So we waited 2 weeks. We made a follow up call. The person said, they are working on it. We waited another 2 weeks. That made it a month. Called them up again. Turned out that the order wasn’t even taken!! No record!! Then why the heck did the person say they were working on it??

We went to the kiosk ourselves. Placed an order. The lady there promised she’d do a follow up the next week. One week has passed, still nothing. Gosh I am pissed actually. But what can we do? Nothing just wait on and call every single week until they get it done.

The house moving had caused us a lot of upheaval. Even after a month there are still things not really settled. The internet being one of the most important things to get done. The internet being important also because I need to do a lot of loan and bill payments using online banking.
