I have not been updating the blog for a few days now. I kept myself busy with other things. One of those things is figuring out on how to set up an online shop with a blog. Found 2 special wordpress plugins for that so far.
One is the wp auctions plugin which can be downloaded at wpauctions.com. You may auction things straight from your blog without having to pay fees (like on ebay).
The other one is the wp e-commerce plugin which can be downloaded from Instinct.co.nz. Now this plugin is really something. You may not be able to auction your items, but you can definitely turn your entire wordpress blog into an online shop. You can sell just about anything with this – may it be discount furniture or even handmade crafts you make as a hobby. Check out the demo site.
I’m thinking of selling some things actually. That’s the reason I’m looking into this matter. Won’t be long though now since I’ve already set it up.
