Sweet cigars.

When there is a special occasion to celebrate - announcement of a new family member, a promotion, much awaited retirement - the men would usually smoke to celebrate. Good quality cigars in particular - Middleton’s cigars, Dutch Masters, Alec Bradley Overture, Camacho etc.

But what is someone in the group doesn’t smoke at all?? Even that fact shouldn’t stop anyone from celebrating with a cigar. :)

Chocolate cigars that is. ;) My father in law just quit smoking. Cigars would have been an easy to thought of gift for Christmas, but since he doesn’t smoke no longer. A chocolate one would be as great I suppose. All the niceties of a cigar only sweeter.

Christmas shopping.

As of today, it is exactly another 1 month before we celebrate Christmas. Still have plenty of time to do the Christmas shopping. I am actually half way through the Christmas shopping list.

After checking out  free directory pamphlet of the local stores, we have decided to wait for the last minute sales for some of the things that we may buy.

Then the wrapping up of the presents  and the decoration will follow suit. Gosh, plenty of work  ahead. But I am pretty excited already.  I really hope it’ll be a white Christmas this year. :)

Mouth exerciser

To tone our arm muscles we would use a dumbbell or a Kettlebell. But what if we want to tone the muscle of our mouth or the muscle around mouth area? I thought making faces in front of the mirror or chewing a chewing gum a day would do the trick, but seems like you may need a special device even for that.

Check out the slim mouth piece. As in the picture, you need to put the piece horizontally across the mouth. Then say the letter “O” sound to exercise the muscles of your cheeks and mouth. You have to do this just for 2-3 minutes a day.

What is it supposed to do? seems like it is supposed to ’sharpen one’s features”. Hmm… interesting…

Feeling all Christmassy already!

In about 5 weeks time we will be celebrating Christmas. It is around this time that people started to shop for gifts if they haven’t started already, and even send christmas cards to family, loved ones and friends who are far away.

Although, there is the internet that gives us the choice to send electronic greeting cards, which can be costless, but nothing can really beat the traditional greeting cards that the receiver, can touch, hold, and feel.

I was browsing a website - 123print.co.uk- that specializes in personalized printed items - business cards, letterheads, magnets, compliment slips, and even greeting cards.

To create a unique greeting card, there are various designs to choose from yet they still allow enough freedom for the customers to make the greeting cards as personal as possible.

Your friends and family would definitely be impressed by how personal the cards look and yet so professional at the same time, as if you just picked it up from the store. :)

Looking at all the Christmas greeting cards, I feel all Christmassy already.

Wacky mousepads.

Just like many other useful things, custom mouse pads or novelty mouse pads would make great gifts for any occasion. Especially when given to those people who work a lot using the computer. Clicking the mouse away with the hand resting on a nice and comfortable mouse pad would be just the thing for such people.
