More Japanese dolls! Momoko Japanese fashion dolls. These 10.6 inches doll were created by Namie Manabe in 2001. However, not till 2004 did Sekiguchi co. took over and began to manufacture and sell them.

Unlike Barbie dolls which are not flexible, Momoko dolls comes with joints which enable you to move the arms, rotate the wrists, bend the elbows and knees, etc. Thus you can make them pose the way you want them.
I love the sweet faces of the dolls, the hairstyles and the clothes. The outfits for the dolls varies from normal everyday casual clothes, Japanese school uniform, Japanese traditional clothes, office wear etc. The thing that can make you feel that you can never get enough of them.
Want to know about them, check out their official website : www.momokodoll.com

I love dolls that have personalities. With names and their likes and dislikes etc. If you share the same sentiment with me on this, then I believe you would love the “Only Heart Girls” too.

They are dolls of American girls of different ethnicity. Caucasian-American, Hispanic-American, African-American, and Asian-American. Really colourful.
There are actually 8 of them to collect. Each with their own sweet unique names and characteristics, which you can read on their website at onlyheartsclub.com.
What’s more, there are different outfits, pets, furniture for the only heart girls to collect!

I believe these girls must be Taylor and Olivia in their pajamas with one of the furniture and accesories to collect.
There are plenty of outfits for the girls too. Fashion, sleepwear , swimwear , and more.

Don’t know what you think, but I think they are adorably sweet!

Mattel had launched a new line of virtual pet products. My Meebas. Something like a tamagotchi and webkinz joined together. They are much bigger than tamagotchis or any other conventional virtual pets. There is a reason for this, and you will know why later on.

You of course get to care for the pet. 20 activities to play and about 7 different levels which your pet can grow into. Now once you have got to the highest level or fully grown, then there would be a surprise. The tube will open and out comes a plush toy.
There are 6 different colours to collect, with each colour representing different meaning. Happiness, Luck, Love, Intelligence, Beauty or Friendship.
Though I suppose you might be able to play the game over again but no more surprise after that. Perhaps that’s the only drawback, in my opinion. Though you may buy more since there are about 60 different kinds of plush toys to collect.

They are available at Amazon.com for $ 23. Great gift for little girls(and boys) and for virtual pet and plush toy collectors!
As a child I loved to play with these nesting dolls. Putting them inside one after the other. Then taking them out again and line them up in a row. These dolls are originated from Russia but are popular all over the world.

In olden times Russia, the name Matryona or Matriosha is popular among the peasant women. Usually they relate the name to peasant women who are fat and big. It was said that that the dolls were inspired by Japanese dolls and created in 1890 in Moscow.

Though the dolls were created depicting Russian peasant woman, but it can be in any designs. Boys, animals, etc. Just as long they are dolls that consist of parts differing in sizes which you can store in the other bigger sized doll.
