When I was a kid I had a low racing pedal car that I share with my little brother. It was a fun toy. We used it a lot for our pretend games. It was sometime in the early 90′s that we first saw battery operated toy cars and motorbikes.
They look plasticky and toy like those days, but I must say that many of the battery operated cars that we can buy now a days do look more like the real thing. Not to mention more extensive choices available now – Jeeps, Peg perego Polaris, John Deere Gator, Honda Minimoto, Winther Tricycles, Peg Perego Vespa and more.
For more info about these battery operated kiddy rides and how to order them, you can visit kidswheels.com.
Kid’s love to imitate the adults. What ever we have the would like to have too. Cellphones, laptops, cameras, mp3 players etc. In the olden times, we would have to wait quite a few years until we’ve grown up to be able to have all the things that mommy and daddy has. But nowadays, kids wouldn’t have to wait too long since there’s always the kids version of the gadgets and equipments.
Just like these exercise equipments for kids.
Looks like a real exercise equipment that we use in the gym, with the same functions. Only that they are smaller, safer for kids and of course much more colourful.
I’m not sure whether a child would really need any exercise equipments to keep in shape since they are already by nature active and move around a lot. Jumping, running, rolling around indoors and outdoors. But I suppose it would be a good alternative when the weather isn’t so permissable outside.
Well, in the times when we see more and more kids becoming obese, I just wonder whether we’d see strawberry or orange flavoured generic Phentermine or appetite suppressant for kids in the future.
Nearly all children I know loves pretend games. I too loved to play pretend games as a child. One popular pretend playing is being a shop keeper. It’s fun to sell things. One thing about pretend business is that at least you don’t have to worry about business insurance and even if you are losing money instead of making it, you can still open your shop happily the next day.
Now although pretend playing only needs any household items to play with and of course imagination, but to help to make it feel a lot more realistic for the children, there are many pretend game toys that can be purchased. Like this pretend & play snack shop.
The set comes complete with toy snacks, play money, and a stand. Children will not only have fun but learn about the importance of money as well.
Most families these days have one or more digital camera. Mommy has one, daddy has one. So much so that even the little ones would love to have one of their own.
There are a few digital cameras for young children, but you may want to try out ‘kid tough digital camera’ by Fisher price.
Features:
Robust
double view finder
waterproof
maintains its easy-to-use format and simple buttons
1.5” color LCD preview screen which allows kids to instantly see the picture they have taken
Kids love to emulate adults using gadgets. They do grow up fast though, and before you know it, you’d stop buying toys and would have to start looking for the best natural acne treatment for your kids.
These past few weeks I have found the joy of making cute things. That is after I got my hands on the “Cute doll” book by Aranzi Aronzo.
Here are a couple of my project from that book.
Took me 4-5 hours to do them each. Being a total noob at sewing and also sewing by hand really made it rather slow to finish one project. Sewing, crocheting, knitting are not really fat burners exercises, but it can be rather tiring sitting and sewing for hours when you are not used to it.
But did I have enough of craft already? Surely not! Cause I’m getting myself more books to teach me to make more cute stuffs.
Waiting patiently for them to arrive in the mail…..
